Tasks

We are pleased to announce that the following tasks will be part of the BioNLP-OST framework:

• CRAFT task: Integrated structure, semantics and coreference task
• PharmaCoNER task: Pharmacological substance, compound and protein named entity recognition
• AGAC task: Entity/relation recognition and GOF/LOF mutated gene text identification task based on the Active Gene Annotation Corpus
• Bacteria-Biotope Task: Extracting information about bacterial biotopes and phenotypes
• Seedev Task: Event extraction of genetic and molecular mechanisms involved in plant seed development
• RDoc Task: Information Retrieval and Extraction on Mental Health using Research Domain Criteria
